Through Amplitud Viva (Living Vastness), Josan opens a space for people to come together and explore fundamental questions about life, consciousness and their own being.
At its heart are shared conversation, stillness and direct experience. Questions can be explored and apparent certainties questioned without this having to become a new teaching or belief system.
The aim is not to adopt ready-made answers. Different philosophical, spiritual and religious traditions can offer inspiration and guidance, but what matters is what can actually be recognised and examined in our own experience.
The beauty and depth of these traditions lie not only in their forms or what has been passed down. They also point to the people who brought them into being, lived them and explored them afresh.
The meetings are for people who want to make time for this, whether or not they are already familiar with meditation, philosophy or spirituality.
