What we already are
Reflection, meditation and dialogue help us approach our own inner experience. It is a matter of rediscovering and directly experiencing the freedom of conscious being that we already are at the deepest level of our being.
Inner liberation can begin when we dare to consider that what we are seeking is our own being, and allow this understanding to become part of how we see ourselves. The aim is not to create something new, but to recognise what we already are at the deepest level of our being.
